New NSF death: SAF regular found dead in Kranji camp

On Feb 14, an SAF regular was found motionless on a staircase at a building in Kranji Camp II at 5.10pm. He was 33 years old.

He was pronounced dead on site by a medical officer.

In a press release, Mindef said: “This death is non-training related. Based on the preliminary investigations, the Police do not suspect foul play.

“The Police have classified the case as unnatural death and investigations are ongoing. The Ministry of Defence and the SAF are assisting the family in their time of grief.”
